Our office is located in Plassey, Limerick, while our infrastructure is based in Cork Internet Exchange, Cork, Ireland.

Can you help us build our own infrastructure in-house?

Yes, we can. We can sit around the table with you and your team, spell out the requirements and plan implementation.

What are your support hours?

Our ticket email support is 24/7, while phone support hours will depend on your support package. As a standard, it is 9.00-18.00 on all plans with longer hours on higher plans.

Do you provide signed Service Contracts and Service Level Agreements?

Yes, we do. Each enterprise customer receives a copy of signed service contract alongside with explained SLAs.
