All our dedicated servers come with iDRAC interfaces. It allows you to reboot your server remotely.
Servers with iDRAC Enterprise cards have the ability to manage the server even in the event of OS failure and provide you with a console to server terminal.
In case you have issues with any of the above you can always lodge a support ticket and request a server reboot or power cycle. Requests are usually honoured within 30 minutes 24/7.
