1. Select the app launcher in the top left and select Admin.
  2. Select Admin centers and then select exchange. 
  3. Under Mail flow, select the Rules section.
  4. Select the icon (Add) and then select Apply disclaimers.
  5. Name the rule.
  6. Select Apply to all messages for this rule. 
  7. Leave Append the disclaimer selected.
  8. Select the Enter text section and type out your signature/disclaimer. 
  9. Select the "Select one" option and choose Wrap as an option for fallback. Then hit OK. 
  10. Choose the Enforce option to turn on the signature/disclaimer immediately without doing any prior testing.
  11. Hit Save when finished.
