Unlimited Policy

This policy should be read in conjunction with original Terms and Conditions and Acceptable Usage Policy VMotion Web Hosting Solutions Ltd, trading as VMotion Host (“VMotion”), employs complex mechanisms to protect its customers and systems from abuse. VMotion's offering of "unlimited" services is not intended to allow the actions of a single or few customers to unfairly or adversely impact the experience of other customers.

VMotion's shared hosting service is designed so that multiple customer web sites are hosted from the same server and share server resources. This service is provided to meet the typical needs of small business and home business website customers in Ireland and the EMEA. It is NOT intended to support the sustained demand of large enterprises, internationally based businesses, or non-typical applications.

VMotion will make every commercially reasonable effort to provide additional resources to customers who are using their website(s) consistent with Our Terms and Conditions and Acceptable Usage Policy, including moving customers to newer and bigger shared servers as necessary. However, in order to ensure a consistent and quality experience for all customers, VMotion does place automated safeguards to protect against any one website growing too quickly and adversely impacting the system until VMotion can evaluate said website's resource needs.

Unlimited Hosting Space

It means that you can use as much disk space to run your website as you need. You cannot use this space for online storage, backups, or archiving of electronic files, documents, log files, etc. Shared accounts reaching a file count of 100000 will be advised to upgrade to our VPS or Dedicated Server Plans.

Unlimited File Transfer

VMotion does not set arbitrary limits on the amount of visitor traffic a web site can receive or on the amount of content a customer can upload to his/her/its website in a given month, nor does VMotion charge additional fees based on increased use of bandwidth, as long as the customer's use of the services complies with these terms. In most cases, a customer's web site will be able to support as much traffic as the customer can legitimately acquire. However, VMotion reserves the right to limit processor time, bandwidth, processes, or memory in cases where it is necessary to prevent negatively impacting other customers.

Unlimited Domain Hosting

VMotion does not set arbitrary limits on the number of domain names a customer can associate with the customer's web hosting account.
